My name is Yasmin. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 22/12/1997. I am currently living in Geneva, Switzerland.
I am a professional ballerina and performer.
I have danced professionally in the National Company UNSAM Danza by the director Oscar Araiz in and with Cie Alias which choreographer is Guillerme Botelho, among other companies and projects in Europe and South America.
I'm graduated from the Ballet Junior de Genève where I was able to perform pieces by choreographers such as Hofesh Shechter, Maguy Marin, Thomas Hauert, Rachid Ouramdane.
I am currently a teacher, dance maker, and movement researcher.

Education, Training & Apprentice-Ships
In the last months I had the pleasure to receive two apprentice-ships; with the Ballet de Grand Théâtre de Genève and with the company Grupo Corpo from Brasil.
I graduated from the Ballet Junior de Genève in 2019 with a scholarship. My teachers there were Sean Wood, Patrice Delay, Tamara Bacci, Emilio Artessero, Alma Munteanu, Giuseppe Bucci, Kate Ketchun, Ioannis Mandalfounis, among others.
I graduated also from Arte XXI Ecuela de Danza Contemporanea in 2017. My teachers there were Guido De Benedetti, Andrea Chinetti, Nira Bravo, Valeria Polorena, Ayelen Clavin, Elena Ponce, Sofia Ballve, among others.

I have followed a Physical Theatre school called Teatro del Perro directed by Diego Maurino.

I followed an Ashtanga Yoga faculty in the Ashtanga Yoga Center in Buenos Aires by Carlos Frione. I am a teacher and co-creator of the sessions Cello & Yoga in Bains des Pâquis, Geneva.

I have taken workshops and intensives in Europe and South America, I participated in festivals as b12, ImpulsTanz, P.A.R.T.S Summer School, and TicTac Art Center. I took classes with masters as Fighting Monkeys, Anton Lachky, David Zambrano, Sam Cohen, Horacio Macuacua, Peter Jasko, German Jauregui, Nadine Ganase, Ioannis Mandalfounis, Ian Garside, Juan Onofri Barbato, Andrea Manso Hoffman, David Senoran, among others.

I like when, through dance, I can be in the present and meditate with the movement. I love to create as well. I find that creation is very important for everybody because otherwise, we are constantly reproducing external stimuli. It is beautiful to realize that we can have our own vision creating and recreating dance and theater continuously.

I consider dance to be my free expression, I like to create art in space and time. It is ephemeral, instantaneous, strong, and transmissive. I love to put my creativity into action and fully explore my potential.
